What We Do
Unearthing rare talent for rare opportunities, What is the ‘real’ cost of recruitment? Consider the time and money spent searching for suitable candidates, reviewing resumes, interviewing those who’ve been shortlisted and then onboarding the candidate. Additionally, the cost of your business being hampered because of a vacant position. The final number, though hard to pin-point, is likely to be extensive. Furthermore, the wrong hire can be expensive, and while no recruitment process can guarantee a successful hire, an executive search process is designed to increase the odds of success.
At RedFox Search, we surpass these challenges by nurturing our unmatched network of clients and candidates. As a part of this process we invest time and effort to understand our clients’ work culture, business requirements and the impact that a new hire is expected to have on the organization. We also identify and develop relationships with highly skilled and talented individuals on an ongoing basis. We understand their professional trajectory, career aspirations, cultural preferences and what drives them. Such rigorous study of both – clients & candidates – has empowered us with an unmatched network and database of talent.

Therefore, as soon as we’re engaged by our client, we put our network to work, researching and contacting suitable passive candidates. At RedFox we strive to build a broader pool of candidates. Many recruitment firms approach and focus on “job seekers.” There is nothing wrong with this approach, but we feel you’re limiting the candidate pool. This may include the “best candidate” who may not be in the job market today, but upon being approached strategically by our firm they may be interested in the position. Limiting a candidate pool to so-called “Active Candidates,” the recruiter is excluding an awful lot of potential candidates – and that might include the best candidate “looking” for a change.
